Safari Ride
“My parents, for some reason, got a kick out of dressing my brother and me in identical outfits for photographs. The theme for 1991 – Boys on Safari. In fact, we’ve decided to recreate the pose now, at ages 27 and 30 – just need to find the safari outfits in our sizes, and a photographer with an open mind.”

Hot Tub
“This is me and my sister, back on the farm in Saskatchewan where we grew up. My grandmother used to fill this wash tub with the hose and we called it the “swimming pool”. I am the one with the suspicious toothless smile and the half shaven doll. When my sister showed her friend this picture she was asked “Why is your brother holding a squeegee?”. Sister….I am her older sister….and I have no explanation for the squeegee.”

Hey, Let’s Pose With a Tree
“One day my sister and I were taking a walk when she suddenly said ‘Hey, lets go take pictures with the trees.'”

The Sportsmans
“My husband had an indoor Olympic competition for our 3 kids. The winner received the brackets and one of his old wrestling trophies. As you can see, the boys are thrilled that we made them take a picture with their younger sister, the champion. We were trying to teach them about sportsmanship. Mission accomplished.”

It’s My Party
“My oldest daughter Samantha was really tired of her little sister Megan insisting on being in all of her photos!”

She’s A Keeper
“Found this picture of my sister and I. She was probably about two weeks old in this picture. Right about the time I realized that we were keeping her and I was no longer an only child.”
