Flower Girl

“This picture was taken at my daughter’s preschool. I think the photographer thought having her hold a flower would make for a really cute and innocent picture.  She was a little preoccupied with the flower and when he told her to smile this was the result.  All the other pictures of her from that day turned out adorable but it appears as though she let her guard down and showed us her dark side by mistake.”

Little Red Riding Nope

“Our youngest daughter, (Little Red Riding Hood), was none-too-pleased about taking a Halloween portrait. Hence the frown of all frowns.”

We’re Engaged!

“I’ve always told my husband that he’s been smitten with me since our first date. It’s easy to understand why when we look back at our engagement pictures.”

Leggings

“My parents hired a photographer to come to the house and take a family picture and for the angle seems to accentuate our shins. We were all crammed on the couch that us kids were not allowed to sit on in the room we were not allowed in.”

Thug Life

“My nephew’s car was involved in an accident and the windshield was smashed out. Instead of having the car towed, my dad (the grandpa) insisted they drive the car home with no windshield. So, they put on their safety glasses and drove all the way home with the wind in their faces. The funniest part of the picture is the police officer following them who never noticed.”

A Tribute To Mom

“My little brother made this plate in his class as a gift for our mom. She never felt more loved and appreciated.”

I Ruined Thanksgiving

“Every year for Thanksgiving my brother and I drink several cocktails and deep fry the turkey.  This year I decided to brine the turkey in apple cider.  Results were the fry oil burnt the sugars in the cider turning the turkey black and my grandmother declaring that I ruined Thanksgiving. Cheers!”
