DAD: Hi, I’m Frank Farkle and this is my wife Fannie Farkle, and these are our kids Mark and Sparkle Farkle, the twins Simon and Gar Farkle and her . . .
DAD: Flicker Farkle
I just about spit my dinner out at the computer screen as I read this, playing the scene in my head. Genius.
I think they’re a cute family!
They r from New Zealand’s South Island…from Southland, Invercargill, I’m almost sure
It really reminds me the Flanders! lm*ao
Is that Wormser from The Revenge of the Nerds??
i think im going to go hide now…
Hey by golly, it’s the Flanders family!!
Should have gone to Specsavers
Aren’t those Prison issued glasses. That kid is too young to have been in prison. Maybe they are the dads. I think his name is Chester
I didn’t recognize them in the “prequel” photo, but when I came to the “OshKosh” photo, I nearly fell out of my chair… I know them, have for years… I went to camp with at least one of the boys, and the parents live down the street from us! *waves* Michael, nice work submitting the older shot.
I think it’s a nice portrait, lots of genuine smiles.
Michael, your one of those rare people that can laugh at themselves. Very classy! (Too bad the photo … never mind)
i dont know what you guys are talking about… lol this looks like a simple, modern american family to me. lmao kidding people, just kidding.
Children of the Corn…
Looks like people I would probably like.
Great smiles, genuine, no dissimulation, and certainly no awkwardness.
You’ve got to be kidding me.
wow, that just goes to show you there is someone out there for everyone. And I mean…everyone.
Someone tell Cartman i found a clan of Gingers
The Dad=What Rudi Giuliani would look like if he were a Democrat instead of a Republican.
Is this family British?
Also, the youngest kid looks like Chucky.
I am convinced that the littlest one is Jason Mraz.
Oh look! There’s Bill Gates on the right.
I think this is Mario posing with little red characters he found in the game.
Shouldn’t they be kissing Richard Dawson on the Family Feud?
The father looks like on dangerously hard weed, the mother is on speed, the older son is on high cocaine and the baby is a little-too-realistic-human-doll !!!!! That website is Sooooo good
i like the ventriloquist’s doll they included in the photo.
This isn’t awkward. It’s adorable.
Isn’t that younger one the redhead kid in the Partridge family?
This is a terrific family photo. Looks like a cool family to me- everyone’s smiling a genuine smile. I like them.
Overalls are adorable on children! If I had a kid, they would have a pair. (I admit it, Yes: I GREW UP IN THE 70′S, TOO!)
I think i know these people
OMFG! Is that Adolf Hilter and his illegitimate family………?
It’s totally the Adam’s family in the 70s. But where is Lurch, uncle Fester, Grandmama, Cousin Itt and Thing?
Michael, you have a great attitude!! I love that you posted another picture for us to see. And all of us 70s kids wore Osh Kosh … we rocked!
did you sneak a photo in of your own family?
Poor! I hate to laugh, but this is Alaska’s finest-I come from Fairbanks, AK-and you guys just *look* like alaskans.
I used to wear my osh kosh’s with my totally awesome sorels.
Michael – I found a picture of you all grown up: http://listentogo.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/kings_of_convenience_b.jpg
Oh, dear — that’s us. We’re famous…again: this very photo was used a couple years back for an ad campaign for the SIA 2008 tradeshow!
Lee: No kidding! They made their money off of us.
Heather: Well, to my knowledge, none of us have gone on to kill anyone — though I can only _really_ vouch for myself…”the creeper on the left with his hand in his overall pocket”.
What’s _truly_ amusing (for myself, at least), is that there are _far_ better choices floating around out there that you could have used…this one is one of my personal favorites.
OMG!! The pic you linked was FAR better. Thanks for sharing your great family pics. Every family has a classic photo. Kudos for sharing yours!
Are all of these people serial killers or just the creeper on the left with his hand in his overall pocket?
It’s so mean to laugh…but I can’t stop. “B’Awkward”-Hee!!!!
A dentist AND optometrists field day.
we love it! you guys are awesome. we will post your personal favorite and credit you…
OK. That s it. You guys are the best. This is what those 70′s coffee table books are made of. Plus you are great sports. I love the picture and the fact that you actually said it was you guys. Kudos!
Michael, you rock! thanks for the laughs, man.
You are proof that awkward = awesome.
I was smiling and reading along the comments until I got to the word “creeper” in your post. At that point I busted out into a fit of tears and laughter. lol…
Never wore Osh Kosh myself, but as a 70s kid, I rocked the Sears Toughskins pretty damn hard. And Hanscoms? I salute you! You guys are the best!
ventriloquist’s doll!! lmfao!!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! That comment just gave me a whole new perspective on this picture. I am laughing so hard I’m crying!
