The two in the back are clearly ex-spouses. The tension is unmistakable – the awkward half-smiles and subtly clenched teeth, Mom’s strange head tilt. They’re both radiating, “Just hurry up and take the dang picutre, already!!”
The man in the back with his hands on his son, is Hubby number 1 and the father of the boy. The man in the front sitting down is hubby number 2 and looks awfully uncomfortable.
Maybe the guy standing next to her is the baby she gave up in high school/ college. that was my first thought. that would explain the weird look on her husband’s (who looks like a high school computers/ shop teacher) face.
That was my thought. The woman and one of the men are exes and the two older men are a couple now. The boy is the son of the woman and the ex. Sounds as good as anything else.
I second this. There is just a big age gap between the 2 brothers, which makes sense as Dad looks pretty darn old. I’d bet he’s got 4-5 years on his wife OR he smokes.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are looking at two couples here.
Mom and Dad are in the back, and two sons (the one in front of mom is the one they keep locked in the basement) are in the front.

They are all siblings. The one on the lower left is the “late in life” baby.
I think we have an “oopsie baby” here. The kid was definitely a pleasant surprise for his mom.
