I love the natural shots
Maybe the daughter was a drama queen and had to be the center of attention, and the rest of the family cowered in fear… like that little boy in the Twilight Zone episode, the one that could make people disappear if they disagreed with him…
The Pattersons allways tried to make mr and mrs Fawkes feel normal when they came to visit, though their invisibillity.
It’s hilarious that they all wanted to pose behind/at the end of the couch yet still showed almost the entire couch prominently in the picture!
My parents owned this same couch back in the 80′s and I had those curtains in my room with a matching bed spread in my room.
The son looks like a guy I work with… dead ringer for him….

Actually, mom & dad were stapled to the back of the couch. They were only allowed to pop up like a Jack-In-The-Box when visitors came to call.
