I actually think this is really fun. She gets a sweet and romantic picture that she can show off to her family and friends, and he gets to play the slightly dorky-yet-charming superhero – everybody wins! I’d give anything for a guy who was willing to hang upside down from a tree for a chance to kiss me.

Wolverine had an entire life before X-men that no one really knows about… so theoretically he could have had a girlfriend (like the new movie plays out).
Well, it is a funny picture, but this looks like another one that is fake…I mean, look at how his arms are–there is no way he is holding onto a branch. And, look how big his head is compared to hers! And, of course, the telltale weird “edges” around him…cute, though, but I prefer real photos.
Ummm… this seems to be a new type of paranoia going around… it’s called “photoshop-anoia.”
1) I don’t think it’s fake. I think he’s hanging from his legs and I think it’s pretty cool.
2) Even if it is fake, who cares! I don’t like pics that are obviously fake, but sitting around debating the authenticity of every picture just isn’t fun… or funny… it’s not even awkward. And since we’ll never REALLY know, it seems like a waste of time.
Also, look at the wrinklyes on his shirt and where the shadows are falling. That’s right, they’re lit from “underneath”. Also,. Men have bigger heads than women! It’s science. And like others have said, his face is totally red from hanging upside down. Obviously not a fake.

It’s real. I promise. They both went to school with me, and this was one of their engagement pictures. He is in fact hanging from the tree with his legs only… It’s not photoshopped at all!

If he was dedicated then he would be wearing the Spidey suit and they would have done a rain dance or at least turned on the sprinklers to simulate rain.

being the one in the picture i can tell you that it is real. i just didn’t know what to do with my hands. i was hanging by my legs off a branch.
