The pictures are in reverse order…if you look carefully, in the last picture the youngest girl is maybe 4 or 5, I’d guess. And my money’s on a dance instructor Mom…with Dad most likely the photographer, hence not in shot.
I am so greatful that my mother never had all of our pictures from dance taken together….they may have looked this creepy back then. She has to be a dance instructor, and by the looks of it….always has to do a family number…..
This actually IS a dance instructor, and how do I know?… She’s a long-time family friend! I about fell out of my chair laughing when I realized I knew the whole family here!
Haha- I know them too- went to school with all of them-the twins were in my grade! I about died when I realized I knew them! Never thought I’d see someone I knew on this site! Knowing their dad, its no surprise he’s nowhere near these family photos-he’d never be caught dead in these!
“…and onto Exhibit G. Further evidence, Your Honor, of why these children need therapy. We can understand the cowboy shot, but Mickey Mouse? Your Honor, it’s cruel and unusual.”
Ugh that poor boy in the leotard on the left…If I ever get embarassed about my family then I’ll use this as a reminder that I really don’t have it…so bad.
If Dad only would have purchased a Life Insurance Policy like we told him too. Then we wouldn’t have to travel the carnival circuit performing our dance act nightly just to make ends meet. Sad, very sad.
Well that is just wrong. I would hate to see the pictures they took for the Christmas cards. scratch that. I would LOVE to see the pictures they took for the Christmas cards.
I get the feeling that this “Mother” is somehow related to the guy in the Speedo with the radishes or Grandpa in his undies doing a headstand at Motel6. Yeah, keeping the child therapists in business!!!

mom’s going “if only my friends in high school had done this with me, i wouldn’t have had to kill them all.”
Winner!

I’d say dad is literally and figuratively “not in the picture”
OMG They just go from bad to worse…. I love my mother for not doing this to me!
Gilley????
Sorry
sowry!
HAHAHAHAHA!!!! You are my hero for posting this one
“did you launch a drinkable yogurt at me?”
Thank you! I *knew* something about these pics bugged me.
haha thats totally what i was thinking!gilly!

That is too funny!
Okay, the costumes are terrible! But, this lady has really beautiful children. I hope that by their teens she got a clue and had everyone wear jeans…
I love this.
haha Gilley comment FTW.
Great argument for nurture vs. nature.
hahahahaha

That’s Great!!!! I was thinking the same thing! ROFLMAO!!!!
I wonder what the next theme would have been.
Something with strait-jackets and alienation?
50’s, flinstones, cruella devil…among others. you seriously have no idea.
Is this some kind of propaganda against single moms? Because if it is, I think you have a point.
That was my first thought.
I think that Janet is probably correct with the mom being a dance instructor. My daughter dances and she has to wear silly costumes as well.
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment…
Ugh that poor boy in the leotard on the left…If I ever get embarassed about my family then I’ll use this as a reminder that I really don’t have it…so bad.
Um, that’s a girl.
Hahahah! That is SO damn funny. It is a girl haha. Sorry, kid…Blame mom for that one.
this mother needs help!

Somebody should really tell them that the black socks in picture 3 is a huge fasion clash.
Well that is just wrong. I would hate to see the pictures they took for the Christmas cards. scratch that. I would LOVE to see the pictures they took for the Christmas cards.
Are all those kids hers? Where’s Dad? Time they bought a TV!
none of us are related. we were a traveling circus. funds were cut back and we lost our jobs. she was kind enough to take us under her roof and wing.
These wouldn’t be so bad…if it were just pictures of the kids. It’s the Mom being in the pictures that makes it so weird/bad
Disturbing
Those. Poor. Children.

AWESOME!!! LOL
i would have killed my mother
Nice photos of a big family!
Nothing says gymnastics like glasses!
Why is the mom not dressed as minnie?
What a flippin riot!
cutest kids everrrrrrrr. =)
The ARISTOCRATS!
I thought the Mickey Mouse one was cute. Individually these pics aren’t so bad. Collectively…hmm. LOL
I went to high school with the youngest two. A lot of things make sense now.
HOLY SNOT – I’m dying over here!
SITCOM?
omg…..i looked JUST like the smallest blonde girl with the bangs….how scary..haha
Why’s mom a Mickey?
Is Dad the photographer or the costume designer?
