Even more awkward; He put this on a dating site as his picture.

What is with the freakish feet near that kid’s foot? So not only do we have a mysterious hand, but a calf and foot!!!

Having said that….This picture is HILARIOUS! The poor photoshop is the very definition of passive-aggressive.

Why would someone want to edit someone out of their photos? Despite the water under the bridge between the couple, they were once upon a time part of the same family. Think how those kids feel, looking at this family photo, where mom is nothing more than crudely edited pixals.

I don’t think it was photoshopped… this looks like it was taken with a film camera, and anyone who has ever used a well-loved, well-worn 35mm knows that sometimes crazy light spots can happen. It just looks like that black spot in the corner happened naturally and is actually on the film, not on photoshop…
You are right it looks like a bad spot happened on the negative during development, or a double exposure. It seems people forget that photos existed before photoshop.
I’ve taken countless photos on film, both with cheapie cameras as well as medium-high quality ones. I’ve developed countless rolls of film and printed countless prints, and I have never seen a “mistake” anything like this one.
Or are you just being the AWP anti-photoshop-conspiracy starter??

michelle, you can still photoshop an image. it’s called using a scanner. in fact. said scanner is how the image was turned into a lovely little JPG to share in the internet to start with.

not only is there something weird going on with the disembodied hand on the kid’s shoulder, but the same kid doesn’t appear to be actually wearing his pants! there’s bare leg showing on the side. are they just tucked in under his t-shirt? oh, wait! there are 2 more legs behind him. yowsir!

An ex-patriot would be someone who used to be patriotic, but remember that an expatriate (or expat for short, no hyphen) is someone who lives outside their country of citizenship. People have in recent years been mistaking the former for the latter.
