I love that dress, and her hair is waaaaay cool. Kudos to her for having her own, unique, funky style!
I had terrible hair at this stage of my life – albeit still very large – she looks so awesome, and the attitude she has is incredible. I say you win this one!

I actually LOVE her hair. So much more fun than all the Rachel Zoe copies of today. If I was 16 , I’d be on my way to buy some hairspray in bulk right now!
