Reformed church, or Reform School?
Obviously at the Third Reformed Church, this years tithing campaign of 10 % didn’t happen
and the Easter Bunny Costume was thrown together @ 11:59 pm the Saturday night before
Easter Sunday.
P.S. – They couldn’t pay the electricity bill as well, considering how dark the picture is

I totally went to a Third Reformed Church when I was in college in Pella, IA! I wonder if its the same. I should give someone a call and tell them to be praying about the demonic bunnies….

Here’s what I see. The child has three hands; one is holding a flaming torch, one is holding a bird, and the one on the left isn’t holding anything but looks like it should be. The bunny has a black hole where his right eye should be and there is a basket of dead flowers at his feet. His whiskers are poking the child, who looks extremely uncomfortable and is trying to get away.
I’m gonna go watch a comedy and try to forget about this image until I can handle it better.
I just reexamined the photo with your guide, and OH MY LORD I am even more frightened now. God help us all.

(I don’t think we’re all really that disturbed. It’s a friggin photo. It was a lovely, cheerful Easter party for the kids, with a devout Lutheran doing his best who thought a HAZMAT suit would work well enough. Awkward that he had to be on stage…and the photo turned out extremely awkward.)

Reformed is a protestant church that started with the “Reformation” (Martin Luther vs Catholic Church) I grew up in the the RCA (Reformed CHurch of America)–we never had this–this IS disturbing on so many levels! Wonder what city/state this is from!
They keep reforming, and they can’t figure out why their outreach programs for kids keep failing. For starters, lose the mummified Easter bunnies……
