Welp, we know who dropped the ball on this one!

  2. Joe Schmoe says:

Aaw, I feel sorry for that poor girl.

  3. Linda says:

Reminds me of a ballet recital I couldn’t be in because they didn’t have a costume to fit me. I was welcome to stand at the barre and show the foot positions, however.

Only one of them is smiling. How long did the photographer take?

  5. Connie says:

No bow, no ribbons, no ball, and a big ole honkin’ bruise on her thigh! Poor ole girl, I hope life is treating her well, now.

  6. Khani says:

I wish I was a little bit taller
    I wish I was a baller…

  7. Teal says:

Notice the same girl who is without a ball is also without bows on her shoes. Poor thing…

  8. Scout C says:

Someone appears to have been in the witness protection program and didn’t want her photo taken.

I didn’t see “the secret person”(crouching behind the blond w/ the crooked smile) till you pointed her out! Good sleuthing Scout! This picture made me smile, cuz each one of these kids looks kind of awkward; but probably each of them also feel as if they are the only one who does. The “proof” doesn’t come til years later when you look at the picture & see the facts in print in front of you. None of us make it thru unscathed! Love AFP for reminding us of that!

the one hiding should have given her hairbow, shoe ribbons and ball to the girl in front

  9. dibah says:

She also got left out of having a bow on her head and ribbons on her shoes, poor kid.
