    What I found looking in details in this picture is an optical distortion of the real object known in photography like “Pincushion distortion”.
    This type of image distortion may occur because an defective equipment(camera lenses) or wrong settings during transfer the image to photo paper in local Photo studio.
    This Photo studio license has to be revoked or person who neglected His duties fired.
