The dog in the foreground looks miserable (as well he should be). The dog at the back looks embarrassed but also slightly smug he’s not involved in the group hug.

The dog in the front was the stunt double for Pongo in the live action 101 Dalmatians. He was wonderful.
The dog in the background looks totally creeped out. I empathize with him.
The dogs do not appear to be joining in on the hilarity of the moment.
