Tree-creation

Tree-creation - Family Portrait

“The first picture was taken in 2000, and the recent one was taken in 2015. This tree was in our grandfather’s front yard, and every kid to grow up in the family played in this tree. Our Father captured the cute photo of us as children and it kind of became “The picture” that everyone hung in their houses. After 15 years we decided to recreate ‘the picture’ and it was hilarious.”

Angels In The Food Court

Angels In The Food Court - Family Portrait

“It was family day at the mall and my brother and I were blindsided by this awful scheme. My mother stopped right in front of one of those kiosks where you dress up your kids in mortifying costumes and take pictures of them. Of course Mom was all for it, but my brother and I were not going that easy. She bribed me with a Bratz doll, my brother a toy race car, and there was ice cream included on the way home. Our faces are not the happiest, but the best part is my Shih-Tzu hair. Clearly it was my thing, looking back at all my old pictures. Thanks Mom.”

Cap And Frown

Cap And Frown - Graduation

“Little brother’s 8th grade graduation photo…. priceless. Honestly, I wish there was some story to explain this one. He was pretty picky when he was a kid and I’m sure he was upset about something meaningless. Most likely he couldn’t go over to a friend’s house or something. As you can see my parents were never too keen on putting up with his crap. Haha… I chuckle every time I see this.”

Third Wheel Life

Third Wheel Life - Couples

“This is my sister (looking at the camera) and my husband and me. We were testing out the timer on our camera and didn’t intend to get any kind of keep-able photo out of it, but after seeing the look on her face, we thought it was well worth keeping!”
