Wigging Out
“This is my sister’s school photo in 1971. My Mom insisted that she wear and wig and as you can imagine, she wasn’t very happy about it. It was of course great to see your older sister get some pay back for all the torture she had caused me during that period.”

Floater
“My nephew was running in a little marathon for his school. He kind of jumped to change lanes and this is the photo of him floating above the track.”

Sweater Ninjas
“My sweet, beautiful, uber-feminine grandma raised 5 boys. However, the vast majority of her grandchildren were girls, with whom she could finally enjoy dressing up in frilly clothing and playing with dolls, tea sets, etc. Even as we grew older, our grandma still relished shopping for us. Here are my cousin and I being good sports at Christmas, wearing the token “twin sweaters” with Grandma. Special shoutout to us for also incorporating the gift ribbon as part of this winning getup, as well as Grandma’s ‘Ted’ sweater. Fashionistas all around!”

Blinded By The Light
“My husband and mother were trying to take a picture with our three daughters at Iguazú Falls in Argentina. The middle child was loving it, but the sun was too bright for the youngest, and the oldest…well, keep looking and you’ll spot her. When we finally looked over the photos days later, we could not stop laughing at her face and hand held out looking for help!”

Crossed Up
“From our family portrait session in 1991. Olan Mills gave us this photo at no additional charge. Guess who probably got a spanking later that evening.”
