She never stood a chance.
How ironic that a eyeglass world ad pops up right underneath!! They should’ve put ridiculously large glasses on the baby just for the photo.
Did anyone else have an add pop up for prescription glasses (or was it just me)?
Hi Cottones 🙂
Love the theme!
The boy on the far right? Young Al Franken.
Hilarious! Cracked me up!!!
So funny, I just found out I know these people and YES the baby does eventually get the EXACT same glasses. They wore out in high school though … but the best part is, that baby is 18 NOW. So, this wasn’t even the 80s.
Whoa, that makes this photo kinda sad, because I know in the early ’90s they were making better glasses than these, and they were even for sale at those discount glsases stores that sold glasses for 2 pairs for $70. I know because I wore prescription glasses from when I was 4 to when I was 24 (by which point I got LASIK) and at first I had to wear glasses like the kind the boys are wearing, but by the late ’80s it seems glasses started getting stylish. Anyway, I hope at least one of those kids has also gotten LASIK too. Or at least better glasses.
That caption is classic! 🙂
The caption below is just what I was thinking. 🙂
This photo is so effing cute!
Thats hilarious that one girl doesn’t isn’t wearing any glasses.
Wonder if they wait until it’s buy one get one 1/2 off to restock on the frames!
I’m guess the baby gets wears contact lenses.
none of them have glasses, rings around the eyes are obviously a dominant trait from both parents. must’ve skipped a generation with the girl.
Lol! Awesome caption!
Why do they all have the same type of glasses? Is there no idividuality in this familly? Akward, I would say yes.
They get a discount when they buy in bulk.
Back then, there weren’t very many different styles of glasses. This is probably all there was.
tht baby is so effing cute!
the other kids are too if you can look past all that other jazz!
