If you look at the facial expressions from back to front, the range is “This is the dumbest pose ever!” all the way to “This is so cool!”
Not awkward, but the guy in back could have lit better.

This picture would be pretty good just a couple things I would do different. I would have the switched the 2 women, used a different background color and used the same color shirts on all of them. The 2 boys are pretty cute, too bad the last guy is lost in it!

LOL actually I am a photographer that is why I love this site. I am glad I found it. Some cute ways of posing and well some not so great.
My OCD wants the lights and darks alternating for better effect.
I like it! I think it has a lot of pizzazz. They could have sequels with other colors, too. They can go through a blue period, a purple, etc. They just have to be sure to shuffle the order so as not to play favorites.

My thoughts exactly! Why does that one kid get to sit front and center with the parents behind him?
My bet is that they’re one of those families where the parents let that kid have their master bedroom while they share a twin-size bed in what used to be the kid’s room and share one bathroom with the other kids. (I once saw that on an episode of one of those nanny shows. The kid was really, really spoiled.)
Then again, maybe he’s the only one that doesn’t have body image issues, so the rest hid behind him.
Green is a hot color for spring, you know. These guys are just way ahead of the curve.
