  1. Planet says:

The community theater director says, “Okay people, I want you to be an artichoke. Beee the artichoke….become it….feel it!!!”

  2. Jay says:

Clearly they are arranged in order of their enthusiasm for the pose.

  3. Tim says:

Wow…82 responses and not a single “peas in a pod’ reference!

    You guys are slippin’…

  4. Mary says:

The guy in front should have dressed in brown as the stump

  5. Elizabeth says:

I love the over-thought, conceptual pictures.

  6. Richard says:

Looks like a Toyota Prius commercial!

  7. DaveyCrockett says:

If you look at the facial expressions from back to front, the range is “This is the dumbest pose ever!” all the way to “This is so cool!”

  8. Patricia says:

Not awkward, but the guy in back could have lit better.

  9. powerplaya says:

hm wonder who the favorite child is

  10. tim says:

glad to see everyone is weraing their regulation sized greensleeves!!!

  11. Kim says:

LOL…whats up with the untied laces and dirty shoes?!?!

  12. orb says:

You just wait, little Johnny. As soon as your older siblings start bringing home grandkids, guess who won’t be front and center anymore.

  13. Alan says:

After leaving the photo studio, the family walked into a locust plague & were never seen again.

  14. dono1 says:

If you’re going to put The Chosen One front and center, at least get him to tie his shoes first.

  15. bmj2k says:

What is the dark object on the floor in the lower left corner?

  16. Noneya says:

    Okay…that’s just weird.

  17. Cr0ne says:

Alas my love, you do me wrong– to cast me off so discourteouusssllyyyy..

  18. dime666wife says:

    Nice family tree…………….

  19. jenniep says:

i want to retie the front kids shoes. kind of ruined the whole picture for me……..darn my ocd

  20. Sammy says:

Ah yes, the Green family from Greensboro, in Green County. I wonder what their favorite holiday is?

    • Alan says:

      The Black Hills?? No,no….Red China….um,no,that’s not it…..Orange County??…..probably not…..ah,oooh!!Ooooh,I know: GREENLAND.

  21. Dianne says:

Someone scored at the post St. Patrick’s Day sale 75% off! Everything green must go!

  22. Beanie says:

This tree won’t flourish with no sunlight. The next pic is going to entail them all laying down from lack of light

  23. Vanessa says:

Looks like Sneetches to me from Dr Suess that’s how they stand when they sang

  24. Uncuw Biww says:

well, green is supposed to be good for the eyes….

  25. Roosymn says:

This picture would be pretty good just a couple things I would do different. I would have the switched the 2 women, used a different background color and used the same color shirts on all of them. The 2 boys are pretty cute, too bad the last guy is lost in it!

    • Denise says:

LOL…So the physical contortions are the only thing RIGHT about this photo, eh? Are you an employee of Olan Mills, by any chance? :P

      • Roosymn says:

LOL actually I am a photographer that is why I love this site. I am glad I found it. Some cute ways of posing and well some not so great.

  26. becseg says:

My OCD wants the lights and darks alternating for better effect.

  27. dragonmamma says:

I like it! I think it has a lot of pizzazz. They could have sequels with other colors, too. They can go through a blue period, a purple, etc. They just have to be sure to shuffle the order so as not to play favorites.

  28. Cyantificpolymorph says:

Thank you “Brace” family, for not defaulting to the “Armshelf”.

  29. cranky says:

So which one is Sweet Baby James?

  30. Eric says:

One more awkward thing about this is that they misspelled “Greensleeves”…

    • Amused says:

That’s exactly what I was thinking! lol. Unless the families name is Green so it’s meant to say Greens leaves????

  31. alpacalove says:

It wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the last guy, lost in the deep void.

  32. Nancy says:

    The Brady Bunch goes green!

  33. rwblake says:

Is this a Swiss Army boy or something? He has all the features he needs in one handy package. The old man, the old woman falling down, the hot chick, and two geeky men just in case one was not geeky enough.

  34. ricocarlos says:

They guy in front looks like Cameron from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

    • RBX says:

Good call– he’s got the hair and everything! He just needs the Gordie Howe jersey. But then it would be red and green, which is just too cutesy, no?

  35. Rowena says:

Didn’t they ever hear the saying “blue & green should never be seen unless there’s a colour in between”?!

  36. bmj2k says:

All I can hear in my head is a deep-voiced Ho Ho Ho and a small chorus singing “Green Giant!”

  37. Deb says:

    Where’s Kermit?

  38. lavagirl says:

Introducing the Von Trapp Family…… *singing* So long Farewell auf widersehen goodbye ….

  39. durhay says:

The Vertigo family portrait. Junior can’t even tie his shoes without falling over.

  40. Rachael says:

I guess we know who the favorite child is!

    • Marie says:

    • RBX says:

My thoughts exactly! Why does that one kid get to sit front and center with the parents behind him?

My bet is that they’re one of those families where the parents let that kid have their master bedroom while they share a twin-size bed in what used to be the kid’s room and share one bathroom with the other kids. (I once saw that on an episode of one of those nanny shows. The kid was really, really spoiled.)

    • RBX says:

Then again, maybe he’s the only one that doesn’t have body image issues, so the rest hid behind him.

  41. Penny Dreadful says:

Green is a hot color for spring, you know. These guys are just way ahead of the curve.

  42. MaryCherry says:

Alas, my love, you do me wrong.

And is it just me or does the guy on the bottom look shockingly like Marky Mark?

  43. Heather says:

    Photosynthesis….It does a body good…

  44. Tonya says:

Could’ve been a great picture if the background didn’t swallow the poor “middle” child.

  45. blueMagoo says:

Ya know just because you can pose people a certain way doesn’t mean you actually have to take the shot.

  46. Kate says:

How lame is that? They forgot the star on the top guy’s head. Amateurs.

    • cherbabes says:

I just about fell out of my seat laughing at this!! Thanks for a great laugh after a long day!! I’ll be sure to remember the star when I make my family pose like this for our next Christmas picture.

  47. sassy says:

Who says it’s not easy being green??

  48. Joshua says:

This is actually kind of a neat idea. But obviously did not work for the family portrait idea.

  49. Dotte says:

    “It ain’t easy being Green”

  50. El & Mo says:

Haven’t I seen 5 of them on Family Fued?
