Actually, this tree is located at Deep Cut Garden in New Jersey. It has since suffered damage from the past two blizzards of ’09 and ’10.
I would have done this! I love the stupid poses that have nothing to do with an event, but are just having fun.
You should never let a tree upstage your wedding photo.
I think this pic is awsome and would love to see the tree in person!
… pretty sure my mom is the photographer, and that I was there for the taking of this picture… Makes it even better, I thought it was awkward at the time…

I’m pretty sure this is the tree that’s at one of the Missions in San Antonio. When I was on a band trip my senior year, the entire band took a picture in this tree, so if you think this is awkward, try cramming 75 kids into it…
I think the awkward part is the idea of climbing a tree in full wedding regalia. It looks OK, except you can’t see who anybody is. A couple of the people don’t look all that comfortable, though.
I think is a cool pic as well.

Why? Did someone piss off the photographer so he made the whole party climb the tree? Maybe everybody’s drunk and it seemed like a good idea at the time.
