” I paid $7324 for this dental work,so,you are GOING to see it”

  6. Lin says:

Why is her fist in his hand?

  7. Cadence says:

Too cute. Definitely made me grin, though perhaps not as brightly as the gentleman pictured!

  8. all about P says:

geek love burns the hottest! Date night consists of ‘Star ship troopers’ reruns and pizza rolls under matching snuggies.

  9. andi in nc says:

Considering the look on her face (she seems to be kind of laughing in a way) I wonder if he was being super cheesy on purpose – either way, I like the “sweetly awkward” vibe.

  10. J. says:

The handhold is very much reminiscent to the VonTrap children when they do their on-stage song performance….except they’re holding their own hands….

    • Pipergirl says:

Perhaps the length of her fingernails has a direct correlation with his facial expression?

Or is the smile SOOOO huge they need to grip each other for leverage?

  11. Whoa says:

Ow! Ow! You’re digging your nails in my hand!

  15. justme says:

If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is there to hear it, does it make a noise?

If a photo is cute and heartwarming, can it not also be awkward? Yes, I say, in fact sometimes it must be so!

    Ponder, and talk amongst yourselves…..

  16. Don says:

That smile is so powerful even his collar won’t stay down

  17. Ro says:

Just when Bruce thought he was going to the adult prom by his self just like high school, Laura said yes!

  18. sugartip says:

beyond the oversmile, did anyone notice his thumb?!

    • Marie says:

That is just an unfortunate angle of the camera that’s making it look like that. I’ve seen that happen in many pictures.

  19. Deb says:

This had to have been taken as proof for a Green Card marriage…”we’re sooo happyyy…”

    • Lily says:

Really? Really? So xenophobes are allowed on this website now? What an insensitive thing to say.

      • justme says:

        Or…it could just be a joke….ya know….lighthearted website….lighthearted comments…..not to be taken seriously…..

      • Nosferatu says:

Yeaaaahhh…not exactly sure how Deb’s comment is xenophobic. I think someone’s overly sensitive.

      • SiulaGrande says:

Eh, I married someone from another country (not so he could get a green card, though) and we had to give the government a big stack of “happy couple” photos, and Deb’s comment actually made me laugh a little at the recollection. I don’t think she meant any harm. 🙂

    • CTBRK says:

      That’s terrible…..and I LOVE it!! =)

    • regina phalangie says:

haha deb thats exactly what came to my mind

    • Bill says:

This is America, enough with the xenophobia. How do you know if the man is not third generation American and a war hero? Isn’t it about time to rise about color lines and love the one who is good for us, skin pigment notwithstanding?

    • The Maltese Bippy says:

Oh so because he is not lily white he must not be American…oh haha so funny :/

  20. Lauren says:

That is not awkward, thats adorable!!!
