“My son had a complete change of heart when it was his turn. No amount of pleading or bribing worked. I was pretty horrified at his behavior, but something told me to order the print and I’m so glad I did. P.S. The teacher/mom in me came made an appearance. After a serious conversation in the mall chairs, we got in line to do it again and he was a happy and willing participant!”

The Long Way Down
“So here’s our latest family photo. We wanted some shots ahead of our son’s 2nd bday, but no nap made for a crazy kid. We were swinging him on a 1-2-3 count to get him to smile, it was working great. Before the third swing got going, he picked up his feet on 1, the photographer snapping away all the while, documenting our parental failure as his hands slipped from ours. Holy crap. Thankfully he was okay, no major damage from the sidewalk face plant. And thankfully, Jenny got the shot. ”

“My family, then & now: 1982 – 2014…Couldn’t find tube-socks for the re-shoot! We had the furniture scattered around the house and in storage, so, I gathered it up and attempted to rearrange it as closely as possible. The cat had since died of old age, so hence the stuffed one.”

Lollipop Lollipop
“11:15PM. I’m brushing my teeth before bed and I hear a strange noise coming from Aaliyah’s room. I open her door and turn on the light to see her run towards her bed, lay down and pretended she was sleeping. Meanwhile there were about 20 unwrapped lollipops (don’t know how she got the bag) laying around her room, and one still in her hand (as she lay there ‘sleeping’). It was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. The fake sleeping with evidence in her hand was priceless.”
