Zombie Attack

“My nephew and niece were running down a hill…. Well, my niece decided to tumble. My sister has perfect timing for snapping a pic!”

Wonder Twins 2

 The Wonder Twins are back!

“My sister and I took various dance classes when we were kids and had terrible photos like this taken before every recital. This one in particular was for a tumbling class to the tune of Surfin’ USA.”

Burning Down The House

“Backstory, ha! I wish I knew! The pic is me (in the towel?!?) and my baby brother .. circa 1989 and I have no idea why we are so calm and why my Mom or Dad felt the need to snap this photo!”

Roll Bounce

“This was taken early 1965. I was posing with my favorite truck while my sisters roller skated in the driveway. The oldest sister has a unconvincing ‘I didn’t do it’ look while my other sister goes down hard.”

The Ties That Bind

“My mom bought us new Easter outfits and, to our horror, we had to wear the dreaded… ties. Needless to say, we weren’t happy about it.”

Roller Derby

“This photo was taken in the Fall of 1966. My Dad just returned from a hunting trip with the hide & antlers of his prized 5 point bull elk. It was Saturday night and my older sister & I just had our hair rolled for church the next morning. I was obviously thrilled to have my picture taken with the stupid elk and rollers in my hair.”

Pinned

“In middle school, I was the only girl on the wrestling team. My brother was on it as well and to save money, we decided to take our picture together. I now regret that decision.”

Sister Sister

“I was trying to take a nice sweet picture of my 2 daughters (18 year age difference). And the expressions on their faces could just as easily have been seen today.”
